Live Product Guarantee:
We stand behind our products with a 100% live product guarantee!* Our live worms are shipped Monday through Friday via FedEx 2-day Express, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. Expect delivery within 2-3 days anywhere in continental Pakistan. The deadline for Monday’s shipment is Sunday by 7 pm Eastern time, subject to availability. Shipments may be withheld due to weather extremes or holidays.
If you need rushed delivery or have special requests, please call 03334888324 or email ayyanshiraz28@gmail.com. For specific delivery dates or requests, contact us before placing the order or leave a note in the order details if ordering online. We strive to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee them. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM-6 PM, reachable via phone and email.
Worm Kits and Composters:
Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your state. Shipping may take up to a week. You’ll receive an email with tracking information within 12 hours of shipment if you provide an email during online ordering.
Packaging:
Our worms are carefully packed in breathable cotton bags within 8 cu. in. corrugated cardboard shipping boxes, clearly marked LIVE WORMS / PERISHABLE. Notify your postal carrier of the live product.
Handling Perished Worms:
If your worms arrive perished, contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of both the worms and the box. Due to the live nature, we cannot accept returns; hence, prompt notification is crucial.
Shipping Timeframe:
Same Day Shipping means your order ships the same day if placed before 2 pm. This does not imply one-day shipping but rather FedEx 2-day, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, depending on the purchased product.

The adaptive nature of our worms ensures they adjust to various conditions, maintaining a healthy composting environment. While some orders may have varying species, their populations naturally adapt to your waste needs.
Shipping Limitations
Currently, we ship to all provinces of Pakistan but do not ship internationally. However, if you’re looking for overseas shipping, we’ve found a suitable solution for you!
